I now have my new TV. It is a 52" Sony Bravia HDTV. I really like it so far. I haven't got to see High Def on it yet as I won't have HD TV until December 4th. Regular dvd's look great on it though. I also got a new stand for the TV and my receiver, dvd player, etc.

Did anyone have to sit underneath the TV in the backseat as you drove it home?
lol - I remember that - you were so crammed in there with all that equipment, speakers, etc.
In this case I got it locally and had it delivered to my home.
